Hi Lovely, thank you for visiting the Bossy online store. On this page you can read everything on how to return or exchange your order for a different size.

And no worries, it's easy! Because if you are happy, we are happy! 

 

I want to exchange my order for a different size/color, what should I do? 

Just shoot us an email (info@ladieslovebossy.com) or send us a chat through social media with your request. We will check the stock for you and get back to you as soon as possible!

 

I want to return my order, what should I do?

We understand that buying things online sometimes don't go as planned. That's why we've made returns easy and fast for you. You have up to 14 days to decide if you want to keep the items. If you decide to return the order, partially or completely, just follow these steps and your money will be refunded in no-time. 

1. First, repack the item with all the tags still attached. Make sure that you also enclose the packaging slip.

2. Download the return label from My Parcel and stick this new label over the old label on the package (check your tracking information emails from MyParcel). 
If you use this label the costs are cheaper (for all Dutch orders €3,50)

OR write down our return address and your own address on the package.

The return address: Bossy Apparel, Willem de Zwijgerlaan 18, 2582 EP, the Hague.

The costs for this method are €3,95 for orders that fit through the mailbox, and €6,95 for bigger packages.

3. Finally, post it off! Make sure you get proof of postage and keep it safe!

 

Conditions for return/exchange:

  • Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unworn and unwashed.
  • Items must have all Bossy tags attached.
  • Swimwear and lingerie items can not be returned for reasons of hygiene.
  • If we receive returns without the customers name, address, order number or packaging slip we can not give any refund. Please understand that in these circumstances we can not know who’s return it is.
  • the shipping costs of the return have to be paid by the customer
  • the shipping costs of exchanges have to be paid by the customer

 

The refund:

  • If we receive the item(s) within 14 days after delivery, unworn and in their original condition, the money will be refunded within 3 days after receiving the return.
  • The money will be automatically refunded to the same account as which you paid with.
  • If you have chosen Afterpay as payment method, you will receive the new invoice within a few days.
  • Please note that we reserve the right not to refund you if you return items to us outside the terms of our returns policy.

 

We always transfer the refund within 5 days after receiving your returned goods. 

It depends on your payment method and bank, how long it will take for the refund to be visible on your account:

iDeal: It can take up to 3 days till the refund is visible on your account. 

Credit card: It can take up to 25 days till the refund is visible on your account. 

Paypal: It can take up to 28 days till the refund is visible on your account.
